drain cleaning, excavators
+ 0 moreExtremely well overall.I've actually used Fred more than once lately. the $250 is the total for two drain cleanings, not including the video service. My drains were backing up worse than i've ever seen, and he was first in the book under and quot;roto-rooterand quot;. He was a little hard to reach, although he does always call back when you leave a message--it might just be the next day, and it might be another day or two before he can get out. Once he's on the scene, though, he is all in. He took the time to look through all my drain issues, try to snake it, and finally recommend that the line was broken and that he would need to run a video. After thoroughly explaining how to prepare for that and what it would take and cost, he came back a couple days later and did the video line.unfortunately, our line WAS broken, and we had to have it excavated. the diggers he recommended turned out to be a total bust, but Fred himself was very professional, courteous, and helpful. (review on the digger coming later). In fact, when I was having trouble with the diggers he stepped in and made sure they came and finished the job, correctly.
Description of Work: two drain snake jobs, and one video line to determine if/where the main sewer was broken.

drain cleaning

Description of Work: We had a floor drain backing up when the washer drained. I called and had an appointment within a week since I considered the drain a non-emergency. Fred came to my house and roto rootered the clean out for our house. He was very considerate of my son who was sleeping at the time. When he realized that the plug had to be chiselled out, he left and came back later in the day so that my son could finish his nap. I really appreciated that!! He was friendly, courteous, and the bill was $5 less than I was quoted even with the additional charge for a new plug. We will be using this company any time we need to have a drain cleared. He even gave us advice to avoid having a blocked drain in the kitchen.
