Description of Work: Called to see if they could send a service person to check my furnace the receptionist had an extremely rude attitude and informed me that if I hadn't gotten services from them prior they won't come. I told them it was a simple issue I was sure of it, told me she isnt a repair person and can't answer that.

+ -1 moreThey were great. The cost of the service was maybe $600 or $800. They showed up on time which was a big deal for me and they also got all the work done on time. We have an incredibly high demand here at an incredibly small service people to draw from so when you need heating and air conditioning services, it can take weeks to get someone to come which is terrible.
Description of Work: I used Christopherson's Air Conditioning & Heating probably a year ago for putting in a new hot water heater for me.
