SUPERIOR STEAM CLEANING

Superior's work was unusually meticulous, thorough and professional. Clint took the time to treat and clean spots in out carpet that were genuinely tough stains. He knew how to properly treat and neutralize old pet stains. On our stairways, he cleaned both the treads and the risers. Our carpet is 25 years old, but it looks like new again!

Was told by some references that the cost to clean the hockey equipment would be about $70.00. I dropped off the equipment and the person who does the cleaning was not there. The person who was there told me they would hand it over to the appropriate party. They basically went ahead and cleaned a bunch of other stuff they weren't authorized to clean and charged me for it. The result was a bill more than two times what I expected to pay. The lady apologized for the misunderstanding but I was still stuck with the bill for the and quot;misunderstandingand quot; - unprofessional in my opinion.

All services were excellent, with the only hassle being the submission of my credit card for payment - I think it was related to not entering my name correctly spelled into their system.

Very professional from start to finish. The crew was on time (early) and did a great job. It was probably a little more expensive than some competitors but we feel we got a very good job done - you get what you pay for. We'll have them back soon to do the other levels.

I am satisfied with the services they provide.

I think they go above and beyond. There was two pieces of big furniture I couldn't move and they put them up on blocks and cleaned under them. Their price was very reasonable and they were very much on time.
