 + -1 moreThey arrived on time, went through my house with me, asked what I wanted in each room, and then gave me an estimate. The cleaning took a couple of hours, and much of the time we spent dealing with the cat's problem spots. By the time they were done, my carpet looked better, and most importantly smelled better.
Description of Work: I neede my carpets cleaned. I also have an irritable cat who sometimes used the carpet to relieve herself.

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. All the normal spots were removed, and most of the hairball stains from our cats came out too. In fact, there were hairball stains that hadn't come out the last time we had the carpets cleaned, and they were either removed or dramatically lightened by Steam Masters. They are my go-to carpet cleaners from now on.
Description of Work: Carpet hadn't been cleaned in several years, so really needed it. They cleaned dining room, part of living room, hallway and stairs.
