Description of Work: I liked the salesman and manager. The young crew leader was hard working and dedicated, but not experienced enough to be the leader. He was frustrating to work with because he had a teenager's pouting attitude and did not always know the answers (Instead of addressing the problem directly, he might find fault with his crew or tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. I then had to go to the manager for satisfaction. What I really was asking for was professional experience-based advice). I felt the price was fair for the size of the job. I think a little discussion of the layout could have prevented some areas not being covered well. The crew was hard working and did a nice job (I did lose ~two hundred dollars on new annuals & perennials), they cleaned up the site well, the layout is good and the company was responsive and helpful. I like the fact that they sent me a plastic covered map of the layout after the job was done. A nice bonus is that they have promised to blow out the system in the fall and start it up in the spring at no additional cost.

Description of Work: Very professional and puntual. Took time to explain why we had the sprinkler leak and how they repaired it. Our original installer was unresponsive and unhelpful and the neighbors lawn was getting waterlogged

Description of Work: Northern Turf installed a sprinkler system in our yard. They were incredibly nice and professional. They did great, high quality work. Their staff was kind, and when one of the staff accidentally ran over our garage door opener, they dropped off a replacement for us the next day. The entire team was fabulous. Everyone should feel comfortable hiring Northern Turf for all of their lawn care needs.
