+ -1 moreCass County Heating came out to fix our furnace in October of 2012. At that time the repairman indicated our furnace (20+ years old) was on its last legs and said they could replace it for around $1,800-2,000. While I understand they did not give us a specific or firm estimate at that time, we were surprised when we called them eight months later and the least expensive option they could offer us was $2,600. This is a pretty significant price difference, so that soured us from the beginning. We got estimates from other companies and while the price of Cass County Heating's estimate was consistent with other bids we received, their estimate was for a lower efficiency furnace with fewer features than the other companies. I will say that Cass County Heating's staff were the friendliest and most responsive that we dealt with during the estimate process. They got out to do our estimate within a few hours and did a good job explaining what the estimate covered.
Description of Work: They provided an estimate for a new gas natural gas furnace.

+ -1 moreWe were not happy with them. Their price was outrageous. We had more than one gas leak in our house and I thought they would fix it the first time. They fixed what they saw and nothing else. We had them out in our house three times and they still didn't get it right. I want to tell this that we were paranoid.
