Excellent job. Prompt and very efficient. The guys on the crew were very professional and were great about keeping me informed about the order in which my stuff was loaded. They were extra careful about a few items marked fragile and everything came through the move in excellent shape. Moving in, they always asked where I wanted furniture placed and never dragged it but always lifted it up to move. Finished the job under budget and with far more care than I could have given.

Loved them! Prompt, courteous, fast and they did a great job. Well worth the money to have them pack the moving van for us.

Apartment Movers came exactly on time, which was a Friday, at noon. All items were loaded, moved, and unloaded without any trouble. The crew was courteous and efficient. Nothing was damaged or broken. The entire move was completed in just over 3 hours. As the move was quite simple and didn't involve many items I was surprised the cost was about $375. This price was based on the hourly rate, not the "guaranteed rate", which was quoted almost $200 higher. The "guaranteed rate" is a price based on a checklist you can submit to Apartment Movers prior to your move, and is used to prevent any billing surprises someone may encounter using the hourly rate. In our case, Aaron, at Apartment Movers, assured us the hourly rate would be our best option, and he was right. It seemed a bit expensive, but in the big picture they did exactly what they said they would do, on time and without damage. That's all I really wanted, anyway. So, on balance, the experience was very good. I would definitely recommend and/or use Apartment Movers again should the need arise.

The piano was in our daughters house and the other items were in a rented storage unit. The Apartment Movers arrived at the home right on time and worked very efficiently throughout the move everything went well. When we arrived in Casselton one small desk lamp was broken and they gave us a $25 allowance for the damages. This was very fair.

Great Move. We were down sizing from a four-level home to a 2 bdrm condo. The workers were on time, friendly and cooperative. We had to be out of our home but could not move into our condo on same day. Workers split the job by moving items into a garage and then came back and helped move items into the condo on the 23rd. A floor lamp was damaged in the move but they handled the repair with NO difficulty. They underbid most local movers by $300 or more. We would use this company again.

The movers left many items behind. They were to move all taped boxes and at least ten were just left. There were apparently misunderstandings about packing items. I said I would pack boxes and they would move all the furniture. They packed absolutely nothing ... Even when they took it apart for moving. For instance,we have a large china cabinet with glass shelves. They took it apart and then left all the shelves behind. The estimate was made using a online form. I should have requested that they actually come out and view everything. The original estimate was for 2000.00 the end result was over 3000.00

We had a large move. We called them only about a week before hand and they worked us right into their schedule. Guys showed up on time and were super nice. They walked us through the house before hand and made sure everything was clear, then started moving. Went very smooth. One piece of furniture was nicked. They brought it to our attention and it wasn't a big deal. But it was nice they called our attention to it.

The entire experience went great.

They were really careful with my stuff and were helpful. I will use them again in the future.

They were just fantastic. They usually only work in Fargo. They had to come 2 ½ hours and then all the way back. The price was worth it to me. I decided it was cheaper than renting a truck with gas prices and hiring guys to help load. The guys were really nice and they were tolerant of my horrible landlord. They were very polite to him even though he was kind of a jerk to them. I had stuff in my van and they said if I wanted any of that moved, they would do that too. They basically said they would do whatever I wanted them to do. They were very good and I was impressed. Their punctuality was perfect. I’m sure I will use them again.

They were very careful with the furniture. Shelves and drawers needed to be empty. Loose items needed to be packed. Strongly recommend them. I have used them twice.
