appliance repair
+ -1 more7th Avenue Appliance service has a receptionist to take appointments whereas other providers wanted texting, phone message or answers to recorded message. The appointment was scheduled immediately for next day in morning. Receptionist was pleasant and accommodating. Service provider was on time for appointment. He was cordial and asked quality questions about the refrigerator and its daily use. He was able to repair relay but compressor was burned out. When questioned, about refrigerator, he gave sound advice and replacement information. I was very pleased with the service and the friendly professional service received.
Description of Work: Refrigerator and bottom freezer not cooling. Service person checked relay and compressor. He tried another relay and rewiring but compressor was beyond repair.
