+ -1 moreMy husband called, and they said that they could come the next day. They came in and looked at our water heater. They found that was full of sediment, and said that we would need to replace it. They said that we could go buy one ourselves and they would install it, or said that they had one from Home Depot in stock that they could sell us. We trusted them, so told them to go ahead and use the one that they had. They came back the next day to install it. They took the old one with them, and everything went great. It was $75 for the service call, and they applied that to the cost of the water heater for us.
