Description of Work: Todd repaired some water damage in the basement which included sheetrocking taping and texturing to match, painting, hanging new doors, baseboard and more.

Description of Work: We asked Todd to come over and look over the job and give us an estimate. We wanted our kitchen, main bath, master bath, and a few small jobs included in the quote. In our discussions we mentioned that we didn't want top of the line items, but we wanted it to look nice. We also asked for the quote to be separated out for each item of the job so that we could eliminate a part of the job if we needed to. When Todd came back to do the estimate, he decided that all he was going to do was the kitchen and not even look at the others so that we could decided if we wanted to go on with the others. Also, the quote he gave us was for high end cabinets and counters - neither of which we wanted. He didn't listen to us at all. The quote was very high and when we told him we were not using him, he was rude aboutur decision. I would never recommend him to anyone.

+ 1 moreHe does a lot of the work himself and has a medium sized crew. He has been in the business long enough that the subcontractors are also excellent as well as personable. He was punctual and because of good weather, he was early. He stuck to the budget except when I changed a few things and he had an estimate for the changes so the final bill was not a surprise. He and his crew were friendly. The clean up after the project was complete was excellent. The cement work and the carpentry were superb. The greenhouse also turned out well. I've worked construction my self for several years when I was much younger. I also had two other buildings constructed in the past and Mr Williams was by the most satisfactory. He also undertook continuing education courses to keep up on the newer techniques, materials and equipment.
Description of Work: I've used this company for several projects ... remodeling, repair and the last project was building a garage/shop/greenhouse.
