I am the only exterior advisor/repair/metal specialist business in the area,I offer a lifetime of free services if you hire me for a paid service including inspection of your roof and house to see if there's any issues or Any repairs to the exterior of your house and detecting water damage and where its coming from or possible future hazards,not only to your current but any of them you decide to live in,if your buying a different home and trying to sell your old one for a one time low fee I will inspect both houses and let you know what needs to be fixed before and after the sale and will also give you suggestions you could do to up the value of your house.. My services include any siding,gutter,downspout,soffit and fascia,repairs or replacement. I also wrap and replace any window,egress window,door, or garage door wraps why paint every other year when you can put a nice metal covering over that wood to look brand new and protect it for a lifetime,we also im clean out gutters,and install leaf guard to prevent any future blockage,but what really separates me from the rest is as i mentioned before im the first exterior advisor which means you tell me what you want done no matter what trade its in and i will do the rest including calling your insurance to see if you can get some compensation for your repair before any thing is final I'll meet up with you with at least 3 options of subs, you can choose and of course I will try to get you the cheapest price available my grandpa was one the first to build his house by the red river in Moorhead while my other grandpa was one the first to build his house outside of glyndon in the fieds of what is now known dilworth,my dad was one of the first siding subcontractors to split away from western products to start his own siding company back in 1988,,I have limited employees so I'm guarenteed to be the lowest price with no overhead,and will match any competitors,I've been on sight full time since 2000,I talk construction for you
