Ordered 11-16-11. Was told I should have product installed by Christmas. Came out to make original template 1-25-12. Arrived a week later to install. Did not match seams. Filled gaps with epxoy. Installed countertop crooked. Left gaps at the wall. Left globs of gule on surfaces. Complained to owner, not cooperative, inspected job, agreeded to corrections. Reordered material to make corrections. Returned 4-19-12 to remake template, broke section of counter and attempted to patch it. Returned 4-25-12 to reinstall one section of countertop. Uninstalled another section to install replacement piece, broke back and side out of new lower cabinet, cut into the sheetrock when reinstalling piece so that when done the top was flush with the drawers instead of the inch overhang that the other side of the top has. Still filled gaps with silicone, denied need to replace piece broken by intaller on previous visit. Claimed this was quality workmanship. We had two independeant contractors inspect work, both told us to refuse to accept poor workmanship. Called owner, expressed displeasure with work, asked him to either complete job correctly or refund our deposit. He refused. Invited him out to inspect work, came, was beligerant, hostine, slanderous and unyeilding. Refused to make any further corrections. The matter will probably end up in court.
