My husband and I have been in the process of moving out of base housing and attempted to hire Servpro to clean our carpets for us. We called several times only to be told they'd call us back, to which they never did. When we finally did get an appointment they called and cancelled the day of due to the weather, which is completely understandable, but they made no attempt to reschedule and simply told my husband to have the base clean it instead, which will cost us roughly $500 or more. I'm extremely disappointed with how they handled the entire process, and based on my experience I would not recommend SERVPRO to anyone.

Chad, Melissa and the ServPro team are FANTASTIC! When our sump pump stuck and the pit overflowed, our finished basement was full of water. Chad and his team were on the scene within an hour with all of their equipment. They were very thorough, explained what was going on, what they were doing, what the equipment was for and answered all of my questions patiently! They were back multiple times over the next several days to check on the progress of the drying and to update me on the situation. Then they treated all of my carpet with an antimicrobial treatment to prevent mold, cleaned, and deodorized the carpets. The ServPro team was very respectful and professional in all that they did. I would recommend them to anyone who needs them...be it clean up after a fire or flood, or even just carpet cleaning!
