Description of Work: Their office staff routes plumbers to our house promptly, and while we have yet to call for emergency service, the four times we've had them out for replacing hot water heaters, fixing leaky sinks, helping with basement renovation...they've always been out within a day or so.

 + -1 moreThey started working 12.24.14. They brought materials to our house and later on came and took stuff out of our home to use on other people's projects. They will not return our calls or come complete the project. Never ever use them. Your better off youtubing what you need to do and figuring it out yourself.

Description of Work: Had water coming from the ceiling in our main floor bathroom. Tried to figure out where it came from as it was below our upstairs bathroom. Troy was the one that came. He was so awesome. Instead of just doing it all himself knowing we would have to cut open the ceiling and he said and I can open the ceiling at 72 an hour or you or your family can take it down and call me once it's down and Ill come back out. My dad is a handy man so we opened the ceiling and he ended up figuring the problem out. Also had Kevin come out to see if adding another bathroom was possible and what the best layout would be and also get a rough estimate. Very nice guy and completely honest as well. His wife is actually the receptionist and she was so kind and patient. I will use them for any future plumbing needs.

 + -1 moreRalph's plumbing has speedy service and very friendly and professional staff. We called and someone was able to come out the very next day. Before they arrived we received a courtesy call to make sure someone was home before they showed up. We ended up not needing any work done except a bathroom drain replaced in which they supplied the drain we couldn't find in stores ourselves. I do think they are a bit pricey for labor charges ($100+ to attach hardware in bathtub) but they came highly recommended.

 + -1 moreThis is the 3rd time we've used Ralphs plumbing and have been overly pleased every time. This time Rusty was sent to our home. He called to give me plenty of time to be home and ready for him to come over. When he got here, he removed his shoes at the door and preceded to the basement where our plugged drain was. After trying to use his drain tool for a few minutes, he realized it was a drum trap (not sure what that is:). He said he his auger wouldn't work but he thought he could fix it with something else. He fixed it in about 5 minutes along with a slow draining sink that I hadn't even included when I called in. He cleaned up after he was done and all in all was here for about 30 minutes.
Description of Work: We called Ralphs to unclog the bathtub drain in our basement. We had tried ourselves to unclog it and have had another plumber out to no avail. He unplugged it immediately with a special plunger because of the type of trap it has. He asked if we had any other problems he could fix and I told him we have a sink that drains kind of slow. He fixed that as well and recommend we run hot water every now and then to keep it open.

 + -1 moreWe called our apartment manager and were told that we would have to pay since it was our fault and the toilet would have to be removed in order to remove the car. He gave us the number to Ralph's Plumbing, we called and the lady who answered was very polite and sent someone out the next day (we called on a Sunday.) The guy came out and had our bathroom full functional within one hour, and for parts and labor we were only charged $74.00 we were very satisfied!
Description of Work: Our Five year old decided to turn the bathroom into a race car track and flushed one of his cars down the toliet, which made it over flow every time we flushed it.

 + -1 moreAn employee came to our home on the date they promised to be here. He began to work right away on clearing the drain and kept us updated at every step along the way. We had installed a new sink incorrectly and he fixed it for us. The sink had to be moved several inches in order to properly reach the sewer line. After he installed the sink to the wall and the lines to their pipes he even caulked it for us and tightened the faucet and handles and stuff that we weren't aware needed to be done. After he packed up all his tools, he came back in for one more quick check that everything was done and unfortunately their was a small leak. I think some plumbers may have just left, but he went back to his truck got all his tools and made sure it was all perfect before he left.
Description of Work: An employee came over to unclog a bathroom drain and install a new sink on that drain.
