 + -1 moreMike came over (as scheduled) and I found out my water line to the dishwasher was frozen. That was the reason it wasn't working. He even cleaned out the area underneath the dishwasher, he even removed a dead mouse (Yuch !) Great job. I am very satisfied and I am going to hire him the next time something else needs to be repaired.

Description of Work: Mike was so great! He made time in his day to come look at our washer when he didn't have to. He told us what was wrong and didn't even charge us. Great customer service. We will definitely call him from now on when we need help.

 + -1 moreCame out and look at the appliance, needed to order a part and never heard from him again. I called him 2 different times to find out what was going on, a lady answered and said she would give hime the message and have him call me, well he never did. After about 3 months. I Finally hired someone else to do the job.
