Decent Price especially compared to what others were asking, very quick, very professional!

My utility company performed an annual inspection on my furnace and found that the heat exchanger was cracked and shut off my heat. I called Kipp's the company that had installed the furnace 14 years before (whom I had never done business with before, the furnace was installed before I bought the house). They sent a very knowledgeable technician who arrived in under 30 minutes. He called back in an hour and told me they had the model in stock that they needed to replace my exchanger. He said he would be at my home at 9 am the next morning. He arrived promptly, replaced the exchanger in 1-/2 hours, vacuumed up any debris, and took all the garbage with him. He said that most exchangers had long warranties and he would check on mine. I received a bill today for $366. The part was under warranty and the bill was for the cost of labor and any sundry parts that were needed. I was saved from spending at least 2000 for a new furnace.
