+ -1 moreI ordered blinds three weeks before a PCS to replace damaged blinds, and I was told they would arrive at the door step in one and a half weeks. I called five days prior to our move-out and the blinds had not been shipped so I inquired about a rush order. They said it would be $50 more even though they failed to deliver the blinds on time. They believed it was my fault for not telling them sooner. After arguing with the owner for a bit, I ended up paying half for the shipment, but my blinds never arrived overnight as promised, again!! Pay less and go to another company for blinds.
Description of Work: Ordered replacement blinds for Minot AFB housing.
