He was rude and disrespectful.

Twice set appointments, and both times was a no show, or called at last minute to cancel. Finally he wanted to quote the job sight unseen. Unprofessional.

i told him over the phone that i needed drwall repaired from when i removed decades old wallpaper and he said he'd be able to help. Once he came over, he told me he couldnt perform the job and that he would have "one of his guys" come over and take a look and give me a quote. I asked for "the guy's" name and number, but he wouldnt give it to me. Instead he reassured me he would forward my name, number and information to "his guy" once he left my residence. He said the guy would contact me immediately. The guy never called and i never heard back from Mr. Dom.

Outstanding! Dom personally responded with a great estimate in minimal time. Mark did a terrific job by promised deadline. He identified potential problems and fixed them on the spot. As electrician was out of town, I will have him come in as soon as he returns. Overall, a great professional job! Recommend Dom's to all.

Again, they obviously didn't want to work!

We didn't get to actually have anything done with Dom's. However, we originally asked for them to come do an estimate for some interior work. The owner ran into something preventing them from coming. They called well ahead and let us know. We really appreciated the heads up. The New Time line wasn't going to work so we parted ways.. we were impressed with the courtesy they gave us.

Although it took them a while to get started, they did a nice job. They did a good job of cleaning up after they were done. The workers were polite and kept me informed as to the progress of the job. The only complaint would be that the dumpster containing the old shingles remained on my driveway for over a week after the job was completed. .

They originally told us they would have they floor installed within 3 days(in time for Thanksgiving). Approximately 1 months later they finally finished our flooring just in time for Christmas with almost NO time for us to decorate or even put up a tree and did a poor job in a couple of areas while they would tell us outright that they couldn't make it in each day because they had new jobs to finish! I would NEVER use this company again. They had vehicle problems and problems with the son taking over the company due to the father's declining health. The father is an excellent contractor and did fantastic work but when he was the only one to show up he could only do so much. I tried to help as much as I could(which was very little because I am a 100% disabled vet). There was also an UNACCEPTABLE amount of waste of the product which we supplied because the son would use a new board for every piece on many occasions instead of using pieces that had already been cut to use for other areas. Once I pointed this out to him he did a better job. He also cost me over $65 due to mistakes he made trying to cut two pieces of trim to fit a stair step. There were two identical pieces in the scrap pile and he finally had his dad do it correctly the third time. Had he not made so many mistakes where he cut the trim the exact same wrong way so many times on multiple occasions I would have had enough to finish the project without spending the extra $65 dollars! The quoted price and "free" extra work would have been a good deal and better than other contractors in the area had there not been so much excessive waste far beyond the normally expected 10-15%.

demanded payment before all work was done, we pd,then all of asudden they quit coming & wouldn't answer the phone, the work was shoddy & they didn't finish the job, we reported them to the better buisness beaurow, they never did finish the job, we hired a different contractor.

Quality of the work was excellent however we were not really consulted about anything. They just picked out whatever trim and fixtures and shower ext.... they wanted and installed them without asking us what we wanted. We should have been able to go and pick all of that stuff out ourselves.

Quoted me a price of $12,500.00 for a job I got done by another contractor for $6,500.00. I talked to the contractor that did my house & he said that was outragous. Please check around before you hire a contractor. The contractor I hired is Chris Wickman. Very nice & very honest man.

In June I made contact with Dom from this contracting company, I was referred through a friend of my fiance'. He came to the house and looked around and told me he would have an estimate that Thursday. The estimate never came to the house, and after repeated phone calls and my roofer calling him (they know each other), Dom never called me back. In August I tried again. He came to the house, looked around, took notes, and told me again he would have the estimate to me that Thursday, again. The estimate never came. My fiance finally called him and Dom emailed the details of the estimate over email and said that he sent a copy to my insurance company. My insurance company still swears that they never received an estimate giving all of the details they require. Dom called me back and said that they would be good to start working on 19 Aug his crew would be there to start, but he would be out of town until later in the week. I called off work so I could be here to go over things with them and let them in, they never showed. The next day I called Dom and asked what was going on, that his guys never came. He said they got behind on a job and would be there on the 21st. Same scenario, I took off work, and they never showed. I called him several times through out the day and never got a call back. I finally reached a representative at his office and told her that I was cancelling my bid with him. She told me she was sorry and said Dom would be calling me. He has never called, not even to explain or apologize. This was a $14000 bid and I even told another contractor that I found someone else, only to have Dom bail on me. I will never use this company again, and will deter people from using his service.

Work was completed as quoted, did a great job making 100 year old walls look straight!

I thought Dom's CF Home Improvements gave me a high estimate. He's very personable. He was easy to contact and he returned my calls. He was real thorough. He was just too expensive for our budget.

The windows that were put in where really good, but the finishing of the trim on the inside was not done very well. I asked him not to smoke because we had a newborn baby and there were tons of cigarette butts all over the place. The quality was good but I had bad service.

We contacted Dom's to inquire on an estimate, and they came to our house the next day to review the project and our expectations. Within a week we had a complete estimate with options that were discussed. We chose our option and approved the estimate and began discussing schedule. We were pleasantly surprised when they could start the very next Monday. The entire job was completed on time. The staff was very professional and polite. Upon completion, they reviewed all the work they did to make sure it met our expectations. The work performed was well done and the garage looks very nice. We had no mess to clean up after completion, which was another pleasant surprise, as their staff removed all trash and swept the entire garage. We would highly recommend and use again ourselves.

I called Dom's the last week of November for an estimate. He came over the very next day and was very pleasant and factual. I received a call from him about 5 days later with an estimate that I felt was reasonable and we made arrangements to go ahead with the job. His crew arrived on time and were very respectful and efficient. I was very surprised and pleased that they finished all the work in a single day. I checked several times throughout the day on their progress and the workers took the time to explain what had been done and what yet needed to be done. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were finished and made a point to thank me for the work when they were done. I'm very happy with the work and thrilled to have a company I feel I can trust for future work that needs to be done. I would recommend Dom's CF Home Improvements to anyone and everyone who needs work done on their home.

All the windows where installed before lunch time. They were then able to complete the outside work before 5:00 the same day. All of the debris from the old windows was taken and disposed by the employees, my husband and I where not bothered by any indoor or outdoor mess. We have been very pleased with our new Prism brand windows.

They were all very professional. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly. We had an incident where we had to take our dog to the vet while they were here. They had no problem with it. They were always on time and prompt. The work they did was fantastic and the price was very reasonable. We didn't get charged for anything extra that was not on the quote, even though they did it.
