I told them about it and they made it right because they credited me back for $300. They used used parts which weren't very good. They showed up when they said they would. I wouldn't use them again if I didn't have to.
Description of Work: I used Comfort Solutions HVAC to move an air conditioner from one building to another.

+ -1 moreThey are a great service company. Very polite and answered all my questions that I had about the age of my furnace. I am a widow and live on a fixed income and it was nice to have such a nice young man to take care of this problem for me.
