CLEAN TECH

We met with the Tech, after getting the quote he told us he could start and finish the job that day, but I needed to discuess this over with my husband first. I called them back about an hour later and gave them my credit card to have them start the work. Then they told me that they wouldnt be able to do it until the next day because they were waiting for a dump truck. But that they would be out there first thing 8am. Ok another night in a hotel. Morning rolls around and no one shows up, but to make matters worse they wont even answer or return our calls. We spend all day trying to call the company and the tech. Finally late that night after we are checked back into yet another hotel the owner of the company calls telling us shes on vacation and that they're going to denie service because there is to many people involved and they are afraid that they will not get paid for their services. What ? I already gave you the credit card number, and didnt we deserve to know this ahead of time so we could have found another service provider ??

I moved into a new home that had disgustingly filthy ceramic tile floors. We couldn't get them clean ourselves. CleanTech came and gave an estimate and then came and cleaned. The estimate was WAY over what I expected and was, in my opinion, pretty ridiculous. I cut down most of what I wanted them to do because of the cost.
