Description of Work: 0 stars I would. We were desperate for a new home after we lost ours in 2010. We bought this home from the owner of CamDean construction. He and is "employees" had completely redone an older trailer and brought it up to date. They rounded edges, laid hardwood, all new sinks, new tub, new electric, new roof, new siding etc. When we viewed the home for the first time, it was just being finished and the employees were just finishing the siding. We rushed to the bank, got the deal all done up, and signed all the paperwork. Upon handing over the keys, Cameron (the Cam in CamDean) informed us that while we were drawing up the paperwork, his employees had broken 2 windows accidentally, but gave us his word that he would have them replaced later that week. Its been a year and they still are not fixed. I have repeatedly called him, and he eventually changed his phone number. Since being in this house we have found the following problems- no P trap under the tub, so we were breathing sewer gas for a month until he had his drunk of a father come to fix it, the plumbing under the sinks is not properly installed and none of it is glued together, 2 of our light fixtures have completely fallen from the ceiling and crashed to the floor because the screws arent big enough to fit the threads, the hardwood floors they put in are bowing and slide apart, they used putty to glue the baseboards to the wall, the painjob is a joke, they did a very bad job on the siding, there are no water fixtures or electrical outlets outside, the sink drains were caulked with a grey- water soluble- putty and it disintegrated within a month, the doors have big gaps all the way around them. I am beyond angry with this company and I want to warn people before they hire such an unprofessional person. I wish I would have been warned!
