Three door installer professionals gave me bids to install a new double-front door. I selected Craig Osborn over the other two because he demonstrated the greatest understanding of the types of problems that could arise and possible solutions to each. I was not disappointed. Even though our house dealt out problem after problem, Craig professionally resolved each one while maintaining a positive attitude and his great sense of humor throughout the process. His bid was higher than the other installers, but I am convinced that any other installer would not have done half the job that Craig did and I would have paid more in the long run. I am very pleased with Craig’s performance and the quality of his work.

Excellent job completed on time. Installed a door side light after removing a plain glass window that was 15" x 70" the side light was 17" x 80" and need to be cut down in size to 16" x 76".

Craig has done 2 projects for us so far, with a couple more estimates in the works. He is nothing short of amazing. He's a skilled craftsman, professional, patient in working with you to define your project and excellent at offering suggestions. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and we can't wait to get started on our next project. So far, Craig has done some cabinet and crown molding work for us in our kitchen, and we are planning to have him build us a pantry as well. We have talked to him about a mantle for our family room fireplace, crown molding throughout the house, and want to consult with him about closet remodels. He was our first experience with Home Advisor, and through him, we found so many other professionals who have done jobs for us in the areas of acoustic removal/drywall repair/texture, electrical (recessed lighting) and painting. We are updating our 1980s home, and I don't know what we would have done without his help. You won't be disappointed if you give Craig a call!

Showed up on time, brought all equipment to complete the job. Entirely organized and worked very clean. Craig provided a solution to a unique door install that saved me money and allowed me to also have a shelf installed. He is a very personable guy and a hard worker. I would recommend him to anyone. Craig was able to research and find exactly what I was looking for but had been told I couldn't have-double metal vented doors to replaced the old rusted ones on my shed. His work was professional and very neat/clean. He wasn't the cheapest but well worth the money. I intend to use him again for other projects and highly recommend.

I'm very pleased with my cabinet doors. The only complaint is that it took approximately 3 weeks. The doors did require a size adjustment which the cabinet maker made by taking my doors back to the shop. He was back in just a short time and installed the door which fit perfectly. The hardware also matched my existing cabinet hardware. Very pleased with the result and customer seervice.

a little expensive but understand that he had to travel a bit, not too many choices but he was a good guy and did a nice job with the repair.
