+ -1 moreThe results couldn't have been better. The house was on the market for 4 days and we accepted an offer that was ABOVE the asking price. I've spent 30 years moving with the Air Force and have bought and sold many properties. Angela is simply the best realtor we have worked with in those 30 years.
Description of Work: Angela works for Coldwell Banker 1st Minot Realty and did an outstanding job for us. We live in Tennessee and Angela took a very active interest in assisting us in getting our home in North Dakota sold. Her market analysis was the best of several inputs from other realtors. She provided valuable input to repairs/updates needed. Also, she was able to provide us with the name of a reputable contractor to do repair work that was fantastic. She knows the market and its trends and most importantly, she treats you with respect and professionalism.
