Maria's Professional Cleaning

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE- Initially spoke with owner, Maria. Negotiated: 3 people for 1 hr @ $150 to clean,received 3 people for 45 min (have time stamps with ring)min. Maria charged me the full $150. Crew had been here before, so I had context of compare between 3 crew @ 1hr v3 @ 45 min. I tried resolving the issue of time worked v time charged since 4/28/23. As of 5/10/23, despite my attempts by text, email & phone, I've yet to hear back from this business other than a cancellation notice for 4/28, even though crew cleaned on 4/28 and a cancellation invoice of $150. I emailed back requesting explanation of cancellation treatment on 5/1/23. I have paid $112.50 for what I received. To date 5/10/23, I've gotten no response from Maria and her business. Very, very poor customer service with Maria's Professional Cleaning in trying to fairly resolve this issue. CAVEAT EMPTOR
