We had been looking for a new property and Karen Fleck happened to be the realtor for the property we were looking at but when she told us that there was already an offer on it but she was signing another that may work for us in the next day or so. She called us as soon as she signed the property and we went out to look at it and scheduled a showing. We looked at the property and she had everything we needed to make the offer on the spot. Our offer was accepted and of course needed to sell our home and we worked with Karen and she had 2 cash offers for our previous home in just a couple of weeks. We had some issues with insurance and the title company but with Karen's help and several phone calls back and forth it workd out well. She was very professional and friendly and always called back quickly when we left messages. The whole process of buying and selling at one time, we were told by many people that it would be grueling, went extremely well because of Karen and our banker. Karen answered all our questions about the process and was on top of everything even though she was handling our purchase and the previous owners new purchase and our sale and the new owners of our previous property. We put our offer in the week after Thanksgiving and we closed Feb. 1st, 2013. Her judgement about the home we purchased, that it would work for us since I am in a wheelchair, was right on the money and does work very well for us with very little remodeling needed.
