Shoddily and poorly. I viewed them provide their "service", which was sloppily done. Also, as my mother is recently widowed, they[MJM[ (Margie, the proprietor) surely premeditate taking advantage of her. They alleged at the time of contract, that four workers would manage the cleanup; however when the service was happening there were three at the most and more often than not two, as the third came and went w/ a pickup truck which in no way removed any refuse from this property. I know this ,as I watched them in expectation that they were providing the service alleged. They certainly did no such thing. Their application of weed& feed was irregular and lacking in coverage ( careless apathy), as were their other services. Ultimately, they over-charged my mother my $10.00. This was allegedly some "mistake", however when my mother called them 6 weeks after receiving their bill and noting the over-charge, Margie (some Queen of her own definition), the proprietor, alleged the over-charge would be forthcoming in the form of a check. After seven months I called MJM on her behalf to request the wrong be righted. They said they would cut a check and it would be arriving shortly. This never came to be. I believe she(Marjie) never had any intention of repaying the overcharge. Seven months!.....any other business or entity who was due any amount and did not receive it within 7 months would surely anticipate late charges. I have called this fradulent b....h twice and know she has never had any intention of integrity. Absolution is never more that 6 days away for these ND papists, which they assume as a kind of permission to continue their self-centered and fraudulent ways. The $ amount is not the issue. It is a principal based on integrity. If one lacks either of these qualitite they have no right to be in any business of any kind. In my call today I left a voicemail stating I expected the check to be forthcoming within 7 days or I would speak w/ the ND attorney general. I am unable to financially afford a private attorney and $10.00 is hardly justifieable to persue. Respectfully yours, Wesley J.
