I first tried to get a quote on removing a large tree by filling out their form online, after waiting a couple of weeks and not hearing back I gave up there. I made the initial phone call on Apr 9th and arranged for someone to come out and give me quote on removing the tree. They called back on Apr 13th with a quote and said that they would mail out a paper quote for me to sign and return. I finally called them back on Apr 28th after not receiving quote they said oops we will get that sent out. I did get it and sent it back to them the next week. I then called them back on May 15th after no one had called to schedule anything with me and they said someone would call me next week. Then, I did get a call at around 8pm on May 18th saying they would be there tomorrow morning. So, then they did finally show up that morning almost 6 weeks after my initial call. A large crew showed up with several vehicles and they did a very fast and efficient job removing the tree and cleaned up well afterwards. I had gone inside to wait and was surprised when they all just left, no courtesy of knocking on my door to tell me they were all finished up or even give me a final bill. So, then I went outside to look around and every looked good except there was a new gouge in my steel siding that clearly appeared to have been made by a large tree branch. I haven't decided if I am going to call them back on that yet as I am not sure it is worth the hassle that I know it will be if I try to get them to do anything about it. So, overall the tree removal was done very quickly, but their communication was terrible. I am still waiting for a final invoice.

They came over and did what I wanted. I may have used them in the past as well and will use them again in the future.
