+ 0 moreServiceman came within minutes of my call. He came to the back of my house and I told him there was a 4 inch cleanout pipe in the front yard. He stated that will make things a lot easier. He then pulled around front and drug his machine up to the cleanout pipe. Within 1/2 hour he had the line cleaned and you could hear the water drain out. He also suggested that I get Sherbenske plumbing if I have further trouble as they have a camera that goes down the pipe and a special machine that does a lot better job of cleaning roots out of lines.

+ -1 moreIt went pretty well, he didn't have a washer for the faucet, so he used one of ours although they charged us for a washer on the bill. He didn't feel he repaired the drain very well, but it hasn't leaked since it's been repaired. He worked quickly and I feel for the work he did, we were fairly charged. We were expecting a bill of $200.00, but it was closer to $90.00. He also gave us a ballpark estimate on putting a shower and new tub in, and it was around what we figured. He also advised us if we did want to put in a shower and new tub, to get a carpenter to do some of the work on the wall for the shower fixture etc.
Description of Work: Replaced a washer in the hot water faucet, and repaired the drain area that was leaking.
