+ -1 moreIf this is your choice and you do not want to be abused, be prepared let him do what he wants rather than what you want as a customer. Apparently, he is the concrete god and it is best not to question.
Description of Work: We requested an estimate for a vertical brace in our basement. Tim informed us of what he felt should be done. It was a considerable more than was required at the time. My husband asked how much it would cost to just put in a beam, Tim became aggressive. He used vulgar language and made personal attacks as my husband stood dumbfounded. Tim stormed out of the house continuing his inappropriate language.
