Water Boys Plumbing

Water Boys came highly recommended by a former employee of Northern Plumbing Supply. I called them and the owner said most people don't want one of those tubs installed once they find out how expensive they are. But, he did agree to take a look at the project "next week". Towards the end of that week, I was able to get him on the phone and he said he was busy and he will try to get a look at it "next week". Since then, he has literally hung the phone up on me twice without answering it and numerous voice mails have gone unanswered. At this point, I would not hire Water Boys if they were the last plumber working in Grand Forks, ND!

Arrived on time and performed each task quickly and professionally. No surprises. Showed me how to do it and explained the process so I could do the service myself in the future.

Waterboys did an excellent job. I was under a tight time frame and they were able to accommodate me. They came out and did the job promptly. They had everything they needed on the truck to do the job. They charged a fair price to complete the job. The only issue I had is that through a misunderstanding the toilet rough in was a little too far away from the wall. They came back promptly and moved it to the correct position.

Very friendly and helpful. Easy to work with and reasonable prices. Would hire them again. In fact, I am getting ready to replace basement fixtures and will be hiring them to do it.

Waterboys did a great job on my bathroom remodel. They were fast and cleaned up when they were finished. I will use them again.
