Steam Masters

Mon., cleared out my entire living room with husband, as I have a very bad back.He even took the afternoon off work! Set up the appointment a wk. ahead. They took my phone no. and repeated it 2ce to me before the call ended. When they were 15 min. late I called them to make sure I had the right time. She imm. started telling me they'd been trying to call me since Fri. to tell me they couldn't make it at that time.She repeated the completely wrong no.,twice! and said they couldn't come til July 9!!! R U Kidding ME!!! I was so furious I started crying! I have COPD and our carpet was overdue to begin with! Our entire living room-EMPTIED! She was rude when I told her this and said there was and quot;nothing I can do about that!and quot; OMG! STEAM MASTERS!!! Unbelievable!!! Not even an apology. Just over and over,and quot;we had the wrong no.and quot; Not MY fault!!!

Josh and Paul were running late but once arrived very polite and professional. They explained what they were doing, gave options for stain resistance which I didn't know about. They were quick and efficient! They cleaned my living room floor, took about an hour. The carpet looked like new and the price was excellent! The woman who answers phones is very rude but Josh and Paul were awesome.
