Revelation Window Cleaning

Josh was very personable and was able to make a next-day appointment. The window of time they were to come was only an hour instead of the 4-hour window many home service people provide. They were punctual and did a great job. Couldn't ask for more.

I emailed my preferred times to the company but after waiting for a week without a reply, I called. We set up a time for the solar panels as well as for the windows. Josh (Hope that's right) called a few days before my appointment to reschedule due to equipment problems. A crew of 3 young men arrived within 1 hour time frame I was given. They got right to work on both windows and solar panels . Since I only have 18 solar panels and the deal would clean up to 30, I didn't feel out of line asking for them to also clean the panels on the 2 solar attic fans. The crew worked quickly and did a great job. The young man that cleaned the solar panels even took before and after photos on his phone to show me the job. I'm very happy with the service I received. My husband is already to book them again!

They did arrive an hour later than scheduled but did call us to let us know they'd be late. The crew that came was professional, polite and efficient. They were the nicest people and the windows have never looked so clean (we have had them cleaned by others in the past). We will definitely use them again. Note that they are a little more expensive than others on Angies' list, but not by much, and they are definitely worth it.

It went fine. They did pretty good. They came out pretty quickly after.

Did a great job. Was some confusion on what day they were to provide services so they cleaned a few extra windows at no charge and with a smile. Would recommend.

The services were okay. I didn't care for the owner too much. The big deal was for $112.50. I spent an extra $100 for the pressure washing. They came out but didn't have the pressure washing stuff and so, they had to reschedule. What I didn't like is, When I called to see if the gentleman was on his way after it was rescheduled, the owner said, ''He left here at 6:30. I have no idea when he is going to get there. I can't control the traffic.'' I thought that that was pretty rude when you are expecting someone at a certain time frame. Especially since the time before, they showed up without half the equipment because the owner didn't relay it to the guys. The guy who came out was great. the worked they did was very good.

They were punctual, arrived during the previously stated window of time. Did a good job. No complaints. But what was really helpful was when I was making the appointment. I was calling around to find someone who could clean the windows without much notice as I was planning to have people over the following weekend and the windows were very dirty. I called to check prices and availability. The owner, Joshua, informed me that they didn't have any time on the day I needed the work to be done but could do it the following monday. WHen I explained the urgency of why I needed it done that particular day, he was kind enough to move around his scheduled work to fit my windows in. Very helpful and pleasant.

Two man crew washed and scrubbed Solar panels from top of the roof. Went well, looks good.

Very hot here in Murrieta, but no complaints! The cleaning went very well and I am enjoying all the bright sunlight! I had some extra service done; window tracks and closet mirror doors (3 sets) which a very reasonable cost. Very friendly service and very professional. Will absolutely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I wish I could give this team an A+- I called them at the very last minute based upon reading reviews in Angies's list. I spoke with Josh who was so nice - I had a last minute request due to an upcoming open house. He was able to accommodate me at this late request by squeezing me in after his other work on a Friday - there was a team of 2 that came out - they did a great job and truly didn't even take too long to get it done. My windows never looked better, I will be calling them soon to do my personal home.

They arrived early and performed the service in about 2 hours. They were very careful and even put on paper booties when they came into the house. The results were amazing.

Made an appointment with Joshua. He was very professional and courteous. His crew was right on time and very professional. I am definitely very happy with their service and will be calling them again when its time to do the windows again.

Very smooth. The entire operation was fast and professional. Everything they cleaned looked brand new according to my admiring neighbors. does not we had a set time,but they called me and let me know they were running a bit late. That was fine. They came within the time specified. They cleaned the windows and screens and worked quietly and efficiently. They pointed out a few defects in the glass (windows are double,dual pane which cannot be removed by cleaning.) Otherwise they are spotless. I am pleased. I just hope that it does not rain in the next few days!
