Left a voice mail which Ted promptly returned. Told him about our mold problem and he kindly reviewed our options. Was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Ted did an outstanding job. He scheduled the inspection the next day and showed up on time. He noticed a problem with our electrical panel and suggested we have an electrician look at it and he would return. After the repair he came back the next day after we called and did the full inspection. He didn't charge for having to drop by twice. Very knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need another inspection I''ll repeat with Reliance. Thanks for a job well done.

For 3 months I worried, researched, cleaned, self tested, and did everything I possibly could to figure out the cause of an odor in the bathroom of our new house, until I came to the conclusion that there was a huge issue and we needed a professional. If you want someone who has the ability to run any test possible, but won't unless you actually need it so you don't waste your money, you'll want Ted If you want someone who can explain things in layman or technical terms, Ted is your man. If you need someone who can tell you what you will need to do, step by step, in order to remedy a problem if one is found, yep, it's Ted. If you value a personable, courteous, clean-cut and well-spoken individual entering your home, who makes sure he cleans up after himself before he leaves, you will appreciate Ted. If you want someone who will know how to handle any issue you may have because he is truly a walking wealth of information, the person you need to hire is Ted. My bottom-line is that you do not need to think twice about calling Ted. My only regret is that I did not call him sooner.

Ted provided excellent, free advice to us and we are extremely grateful. Ductz will be coming out next week. What impressed me most about Ted was his knowledge and his integrity. He could have come out and inspected our system, charging us a couple of hundred dollars and given us the same advice he gave via email. He didn't. He was honest.

Ted was very knowledgeable. He neatly cleaned the mold and investigated the potential source of the moisture. He also looked into some moisture issues we were having in the master bathroom. He offered us very good advice on how to fix the problem.

I called RELIANCE Inspections Inc. and spoke to Mr. Sanchez. I was inquiring about some needed testing. After he listened to my situation in my home, he explained the testing I was inquiring about was not necessary and would be wasting my money. He offered suggestions, was very honest as far as his advice, which I really appreciated. Thank you sir for your honesty and direction given, I now have the knowledge to make a wiser decision and one that will save me money.

VERY IMPRESSED! Ted Sanchez answered my phone call the middle of the day, came right out to my home, professionally made the inspection and recommendations. Also explained some issues to me and my handyman on the job.

Ted arrived in a very short time...needless to say, we were frantic. He surveyed the situation, commended our initial response, and advised us that he did not believe his services were necessary. WHAT?!? Indeed...Ted counseled us on the steps to take (cleansing, disinfecting and disinfecting again) and (unbelievably) GAVE us the professional grade products to accomplish just that. Ted recognized what we had experienced and alleviated any further anxiety with his calm & deliberate manner. He explained In detail what we needed to do and why we needed to do it. Needless to say, my wife & I were shocked (to put it mildly). He also gave us other materials to make the task easier and refused payment of any kind. What can you say about that level of service (and compassion)? In my 60+ years, I have rarely encountered such an individual. Am I impressed by Reliance Inspections and Ted Sanchez? Ted was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also I have had a lot of work done in my home and he is, by far, the cleanest and neatest I've had.

My husband is an Army Officer based in North Carolina and he is being reassigned to Tampa this coming summer. We are attempting to purchase a home in Tampa now and needed the expertise of a Mold/Home Inspector to inspect this house and then let us know if we were going to purchase a "health hazard" (the current home owner has admitted to an active leak in the home with visible signs of water damage.) Ted Sanchez explained the procedure upfront and after I signed the inspection contract (via email) he stayed in constant communication wtih me up through, and even after the inspection. He answered all my questions and I asked many questions that were objective and some that were subjective. A true professional and a gem. We plan on hiring Ted again as soon as we do find a home that we agree to purchase (and have signed a purchase agreement on) as we will have Ted be our home inspector for that house (and any other home we may buy in the Tampa area). I highly recommend Ted to all my fellow Military Families moving to Tampa and for anyone that uses Angie's List. Very pleased with the service. Ted explained all the areas of concern to us. Along with his recommendations, inspection took about 90 minutes and we received a detailed PDF document with photos via email.

They were very professional... checked my walls around the shower and closet behind the shower. Their equipment did not show any moisture in there so that really eased my mind as we just bought this house and I just found this area underneath the shower door that the sealing was gone and the stone had chipped away with black stuff in it... He referred me to one of their best contractors that deals with this sort of problem. The tech took pictures and sent them to the other man so he could see the problem. The other contractor called me and asked if he could wait tell after Christmas to come over because he had family in for the holidays and I said that would be fine. So now I am waiting for him to contact me and schedule appointment to come over.

Ted Sanchez was very professional and gave me a lot of information that will be useful in taking care of my roof leaks. We would be happy to use him again.

This is the second time I've used Ted's services (first was for our business). He is really outstanding - extensive experience combined with high tech equipment helps him to identify the exact source and issue with moisture, and in this case, active mold. He also helped us (the buyers) as well as the sellers to determine a practical remediation plan. He's the best!

Good conversation. He asked several questions to understand my need and the condition of the shower. I sent a picture of my shower and the area in question vs. him having to come look at it. He responded with some things I could do.

Service provider meticulously went through all the obvious and not so obvious areas of concern. I was impressed by his knowledge of how a home "works" and how to improve its overall health. He did not try to sell me anything or give me reason as to why he should come back for another service call. I would not hesitate to refer Reliance Inspections to someone that had a mold concern and wanted straight answers.

We are in the process of buying a 1957 house with crawl space. The hardwood floors are buckling in the home and we needed to understand why there was moisture under the home and how we could correct the moisture issue. Ted suited up in his gear and spent a couple of hours under the house. Took lots of pictures and was able to explain to us why moisture was collecting in the house. Also gave a lot of great advice as it related to the exterior of the home and helped us understand what we could be doing to correct, mitigate, etc the issues?stuff like gutters, roofing, irrigation, landscaping, etc. He is licensed as a home inspector but also as a mold inspector. Our main concern was do we have mold under our house. He was able to address that concern and now we have peace that we aren't buying a "sick" house. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Ted was excellent from start to finish. He was on time, very professional, offered a lot of do-able, practical tips to prevent mold in our home and he did an excellent job removing the section of hardwood while preventing the mold spores from letting into the air and spreading.

Ted Sanchez was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He provided us with information that we will use to correct our issue.

He arrived and didn't smell anything he said but looked in the attic and checked the AC units x3 and said the ducts were dusty and that could be the problem. Then he shined his flashlight up the vents to show me the color and said it was definitely extremely dirty. He did not open the ducts in the attic to look at them. He educated me about a few other issues in my attic but they didn't have to do with mold or dust. He also said that I once had a HEPA filter in my AC unit which causes dust to go into the ducts when it is removed and that may be my problem..He recommended I call DUCTZ to inspect and clean my ducts. In his favor, I didn't realize duct cleaning was not something the AC company did in there bi-annual cleaning of my AC units
