Description of Work: Initial cleaning for weekly. I've been shocked with their services, couldn't be more happier very nice owners and they did outstanding work in our home even little details that my kids noticed. Highly recommend

Description of Work: They cleaned my house for approx. 1 1/2 - 2 years. In that time I would rate the quality of their work as average. On more than one instance I was given little or no notice that they weren't going to be there on their scheduled day due to staff shortages. In the end they gave me less than 1 week notice that they were going to downsize their residential clients and that they would no longer be able to provide services for me. Their price was fair and overall I felt they did a good job, however they had a high level of staff turnover which made me feel uncomfortable about having so many different people entering my home.

Description of Work: Precise cleaners came and did a complete in depth clean though on my home after I just moved in and I was thrilled with the work they did and the way they did not leave out any little corners.

Description of Work: Home smelled clean, bathrooms were cleaned but missed some very obvious areas: stove hood, mirrors, dusting. Owner reached out to see if they could do better in the future. I thought this was very professional and left me with an overall impression that they want to provide good service but may just need better employee training. Price is moderate for the area. Grand Forks cleaning services are generally higher prices than what I'd expect.

Description of Work: We had called around for a good professional cheaper cleaning company for our small business, We called up Precise Cleaners of Grand Forks. They were totally nice & respectful on the phone & scheduled our estimate around our schedule. They came out & gave us a estimate. They were totally professional & pleasant to work with. We decided recently to have our home done also, so we decided to shop around, just to see if any others could offer anything better & cheaper prices. We called 4 other companies. Out of all of those we decided to have our original cleaners Precise Cleaners to give us a Home bid. We could not be any happier with there prices on our Business & Home. There Service all around is the greatest. We highly recommend them, they are great prices 7 do wonderful work!
