Description of Work: The "top realtor" is top of awful customer service. He will NEVER answer your calls once he knows your number and you need something from him. We had to resort to borrowing phones to finally get him to answer and we still have not seen our deposit or remainder of the rent. They never really fix anything but we had people in and out of our house for weeks doing "inspections" but they never would give us any notice. They would just walk in the house say "hi" and head to the basement... not ideal. They do have nice places but it is NOT worth it, unless you dont mind strangers in your house or not getting your money back. Also, make sure that everything is in writing and signed. He forged a letter from me to say that we were moving out at a certain date because he had other people interested in the property. There was no notification, the only way we found out is we came home one day and people were moving in. ... nice, right?
