They did an excellent job. They were responsive, on time and cleaned up the site very well. I had asked for suggestions on railing and they came up with a great idea that I love. They informed me ahead of time if there were any changes or delays. I would definitely use them again.

First off, I would like to say that this company's quality of work is pretty good. The real problem we had with them is the process of getting everything done. The estimate process was easy and work was scheduled to start in three weeks. Well, six weeks later they were finally beginning work. In addition to tearing up the lawn which they said they would fill in with black dirt, but instead filled it in with mulch. The concrete forms were not laid in the correct dimensions according to the plan that was agreed upon. Luckily, this was noticed by us before the pouring happened, but this resulted in a call to the company and the supervisor to come out and remedy the situation. The other main complaint is their crew that did the work lacked professionalism. Daily, trash would be left scattered about the yard and despite an initial complaint about this continued throughout the project. Lastly, this project really should have only taken a week or two but once getting started (3 weeks late) the project took them around 4 weeks. Probably because their crew only showed up onsite once or twice a week. In the future, we will not be going with this company. Although their management seems alright, their workers, or at least the crew we had completely lacked professionalism and the expertise I would expect when spending nearly 20K.

I asked for a floor drain in the garage. That was not put in. A concrete slab was installed between the house and garage not the size I said I wanted and not trawled before it set. Concrete was splashed onto the house staining the siding and door that they will not fix so I have to do it. The overhead doors that they installed after 2 attempts are still not the doors I ordered. The walk in door they installed has a hole for the knob and a hole for a deadbolt. They installed the knob and left the hole for a deadbolt open. OK that was the garage now on to the house. They were supposed to put up new vented soffit and fascia that was not done. They were supposed to remove rotted floor framing and install LVL floor joist and treated capping. All they did was put up 2 beams built with standard 2x8 not LVL in the middle of the basement and some floor jacks and sandwich one of the floor joist with standard 2x8 lumber. Now for the best part. I got a visit from my neighbor and a local sheriff deputy. They had to inform me that my construction crew had tore up his yard by driving a skid steer around his yard broken into his house and ripped and electrical outlet from the wall of his house. I will have my hands full fixing all they messed up.

This was for a rental property. The provider was on time for the estimate and was very easy to communicate with. The work was finished ahead of schedule, and is of excellent quality. The sidewalks have been through 2 North Dakota winters, and show absolutely no sign of weathering. I plan to hire them for work at my home next summer.
