+ -1 moreI have a 2 1/2 story house. I called the listed number and left a message. Within 5 minutes I received a call back. The gentlemen was very nice on the phone. He called me from Fargo where he said he was picking up materials for another job. He told me he would be there as soon as possible. An hour and 1/2 later he was there with a truck and a ladder. I think his name was Gary. He cleaned the gutters and I asked him to check the roof for condition. He found a broken shingle. I had a matching one in the garage and he put it on for me. He asked me if I was military, and I told him that I was a disabled veteran. He also said that he was a veteran. He thanked me for my service and took $50 off the bill. I couldn't believe it. I feel lucky to have found him and have several things that I will be calling him to do.
Description of Work: Gutters cleaned.

Description of Work: I left word on the above mentioned voice mail. I described what I wanted done, and was told I would get a prompt response. I got no call back. It has been two days. If they were not able to do it, they could have at least, referred me to someone else.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. My rain gutters are very high up in the air. I do not own a ladder long enough to get up there. They charge a flat fee for each visit. My work order was the minimum charge, per visit. I would recommend saving up for a couple of things to fix, so you can efficiently use your money.
