+ -1 moreOur realtor was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about different utilities, structures, styles, etc. Our search for a home took several months. Through that, Jodi was always responsive and punctual when we would meet her at the homes. Would definitely recommend this service provider for buyers and sellers!
Description of Work: We went through USAA's movers advantage program to purchase our home and was assigned a realtor from Coldwell. Jodi Lloyd kept us up to date on properties for sale, scheduled viewings, etc., and ultimately provided all realtor services for our FSBO purchase.

+ -1 moreLaurie is a true professional. This is the 5th real estate transaction our family has used Laurie for. She will get you in touch with movers, muscle to lift the heavy stuff, contactors to help you get things fixed up, etc. I would highly recommend Laurie and her staff to anyone interested in buying or selling a house. She has great knowledge and is very familiar with the real estate market and pricing. If you need something done, she will find a way to get you in touch with the right people to help you. She has an extensive list of contacts and really makes the buying and selling process much easier.
Description of Work: Listed Real Estate. Had multiple pre-qualified buyers lined up the next day. Sold the property and advised us on counter offers, etc.
