great. One of the valves on the water shutoff was corroded. A new valve was put on and water pressure is back to normal.

I had another plumbing company out the first time. Said he couldn't help me, but to call Rotor rooter. The person came out and cleared the line, but said he couldn't reach any further and I might have problems again and would have to have it dug up to repair. When it happened again, I called anytime plumbing. They were fantastic. Said it was cleared. All they found were some roots and other debris. When I said what had happened before I was told they could have used a camera and added extra cable to the snake. I was thoroughly satisfied with the svc. I haven't received the bill yet.

HORRIBLE customer service. Over bill on hours then they lie to you over the phone. Don't do business with this company. make a mess of your home.

My 92 year Grandmother suddenly had sewage backup in her bathtub and shower and couldn't flush her toilet. This occurred on Sunday the 16th. My husband and brother thought the line might be frozen so they spent the afternoon working to get it going. It didn't happen. Anytime Plumbing was called Monday morning and showed up a couple of hours later. He came in looked in the basement and told us he couldn't relieve pressure because we didn't provide him with a container large enough to hold the contents. So he went into the half bath removed the toilet and snaked the line. He ran into something solid and then ran the snake again. When he didn't get through, he basically threw his hands up in the air and said he had no clue and that he figured the line was frozen so we would need to call PDQ Sanitary Services. I did and the PDQ guy talked to this plumber and asked about the septic and this guy admitted he hadn't been out to look at it. He also said he couldn't relieve any pressure on the system because of a lack of an adequate container. He went out and tapped on the sewer lid with his spade and tugged at it a little but then came in packed his tools. I asked how much he wanted and he said that they would have to bill us because he was ill equipped for the job and couldn't help us. He wasn't even out of the driveway yet when I called PDQ to come out. Then Yesterday, Tuesday the 18th, the boss from Anytime called and said he would driving out to get payment but didn't tell us what the amount would be. This morning, he gave us the amount of $308 that would be paid or he would put a lien on our property. And they did NOTHING to help us. Meanwhile, my 92 grandmother is using a 5 gallon pail as her and quot;facilitiesand quot;. PDQ is here now (Wednesday), so hopefully this will be resolved today. I understand we are 40 miles from Grand Forks and need to pay mileage but they did NOTHING. They couldn't even answer our questions!

Terrible. Guy they sent was very unprofessional and did shoddy work. Hooked up my washer upstairs but when I used it later that day water flooded our basement because he hadn't hooked up the pipes down there. He had to come back several times to fix things he had done wrong. The company itself may be good, but he was so bad I tell my friends to go elsewhere,

Good service but a little expensive (flat rate) for the 30 minutes it took to complete the work.

They were very punctual and showed up when they said they would. I was a little disappointed though when they didn't put everything back the way it was when they left.

Response time was good and service was affordable.

Perfect. I will be using them this spring for a new Reverse Osmosis water filter. I dislike the Grand Forks water during flood season.

I was remodeling my lower level bathroom and the contractor ran in to a "hick up" with the plumbing. The day that I called, Anytime Plumbing was able to come out right away so that my deadline date of the whole remodel could be completed. Kevin was very professional, precise and even gave some advice to the contractor. I thought that I would have been charged a whole lot more due the the urgency of my need and his price was very reasonable. I would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

He was on time. He was very professional. Time management was great. He did a great job and everything looks great and works great. I like that he went out and picked out the new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He asked if I liked them before he put them in.
