+ -1 moreThe appraisal was actually higher than my expectation. There was also 1 inaccuracy. The appraisal stated that the house had downspouts and gutters, which it does not. I have no frame of reference for the price. The appraiser was pleasant and personable.
Description of Work: The service was not performed in my home. After a physical site inspection of my home the appraisal was performed and written at the office.
