Description of Work: I wa expecting the windows to be installed in August, but they were not installed until January. The windows were good quality and the price was reasonable.

Description of Work: The reason for a B, is that the communication could have been better. The project is still not done (winter came along), but when we have indicated that things need to be addressed/corrected, they have been responsive in making it happen, so I am expecting to be very happy overall except for the communication factor.

Description of Work: They put a new roof on my home and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had gutters and downspout put up but it had to be done in stages because we were have other improvements done that required some of the gutters to be put up afterward. A&L was very accommodating and did a nice job throughout.

Description of Work: A & L had reshingled our home in 2011 and did a very good job. That roofing crew worked hard and were nice guys. This summer A & L replaced the cedar siding on a vertical wall (containing three windows) above our living room.

Description of Work: I have used A&L Siding and Home Improvement Center for numberouse projects on my house. I live in a townhome, so everything is required to look the same. The first project I had completed was all of my windows and patio door replaced. The workers were very professional and on time. The project did not go over budget. My second project with A&L was to have my kitchen gutted and totally redone. The help I received in selecting the cabinets was outstanding. It was like the salesman could read my mind on what I wanted. This experience was beyond what I could have expected. Once again the workers were very professional and on time. The porject did not exceed the amount it was quoted at. My most recent project was a small one. I had the trim and two doors replaced in a bedroom. They matched the new trim prefectly to the trim that had been installed previously with the new windows. Once again the work did not exceed the quote and was awesome. The townhome association I live in, recently decided to have new siding replace the current wood siding. We went with A&L. The first building is currently being residing. The difference is like night and day. I will continue to go to A&L Siding for all my home improvements in the future. A&L are my "go to guys" when it comes to home repairs.
