Description of Work: My Tv came with a 2 year warranty, but Vizio is trying to say it was one. I bought this at HSN and they confirmed it is a 2 year factory warranty. So now I have to wait 10 days with no tv for hsn to send Vizio the order info and get this worked out. This tv ordered from HSN was shipped by Vizio. I would never by one again. They are low end junk Tv's which at the time I was unaware!!!!!! Thank You Kevin Storey

+ -1 moreI called Vizio a couple of times with questions and I got right through. They were people who spoke English and they were up in South Dakota. They were extremely customer friendly, which is getting rare now, especially to get right through to somebody. Their customer service team is very helpful. It was just amazing. They have a lot of games with menus and things. I have two of their products and they are both good.
Description of Work: We bought a Vizio TV.
