Ground floor apartments flooded due to a pipe break and Valley Rental did not pay tenants any compensation for damaged proprty. Company claimed it was the City's fault. The City Engineer said that the pipe did not break under the street but on the Valley Rental Property, therefore the company was lying. Single parent with six kids was thrown out of an apartment by Valley Rental after living there only a few months, due to alleged noise and other complaints involving OTHER children in the building. Manager said that if you don’t leave by the end of the 3-day notice to evict that the police would come and kick out. After moving out gave Valley Rental new mailing address but never received deposit, list of any claimed damages, or any other correspondence. Lost three potential apartments and application fees due to Valley Rental claims that there had been an “eviction” (no court eviction ever took place - compnay later claimed that they label anyone who is asked to leave as being “evicted“).
