Description of Work: I wanted to have my foundation looked at by someone that wasn't trying to sell me something. Dean responded to my message and fit me in quickly between other jobs he had scheduled. He inspected the foundation, gave me several possible causes and answered my questions about ways to fix it. He then recommended two contractors that he knew who worked on foundations.

Although I wasn't present for the inspection, Tristate inspection did great work. They returned my call immediately, and took great care go in detail over their inspection report and answer all my doubts appropriately. Would use them again if I needed to, although I hope I won't have to for a long time :-)

They were very professional and courteous, while friendly and approachable. They were thorough and helpful with explaining and answering all questions we had of them.
