SUPER PROS moving company

I came to Fargo from Arizona to help my elderly parents move out of their home and into a condo. While there, I called Super Pros movers to come and give us a quote to just move out the big furniture. My brother and I and some friends moved all boxes and small things. Josh came over and he was very nice and personable. He gave us a quote and my dad accepted it and we set up the move for May 18th. The morning of move day, all bedding, microwave, coffee maker and other things were moved over to the condo. The time Josh set the move for was 1:00. By 2:00 no one showed up. My brother and I called numerous times and got his voice mail every time. He NEVER returned our calls. My dad was already stressed out over this move and this made it much worse for him. My parents had to stay in a hotel that night. I can not believe how unprofessional it was of Josh not to show up without the common courtesy of at least a phone call. It has been 2 days now and I have still tried to get an explanation from him with no response. He left us in a very tough situation. My parents had to be out of the house by 5/20 so we didn't know what we were going to do.The next morning I called AAction Movers at 701-235-3555 and they very graciously squeezed this move in for that same day. I was very impressed. They came through for us and they did an amazing job.
