Terrible. Installer talked half of billed time. Used & billed twice as much speaker wire as needed (extra coiled-up behind cabinet). Shoved AM/FM antennas behind receiver & said I couldn't get good reception where I lived (fixed it myself & it's fine). Never connected TV back into receiver (I'll have to do that myself, too!). Took a VERY simple, straight forward job that should have taken 1 1/2 hours at most & strung it out for two & one-half hours!!! I even sent pictures to Site-on-Sound showing how open & easy the install should have been. I gave them an idea of what I thought was reasonable & fair to pay & I was told they'd waste more of my time (money) by having the SAME installer come out & cut out the extra cable & take that little bit off my bill or I could pay the bill in full!!! I've never been so disappointed with a small business that's been in Fargo for many years. I hope this isn't how they take advantage of honest customers that just want a fair shake :(
