+ -1 moreAfter researching Consumer Reports, I knew what tires I wanted to buy for my car, and Sam's Club was able to special order them for me. They came in within the time frame indicated at time of purchase. They were purchased at less than the price indicated by Consumer Reports. They were installed quickly. Their service is first come, first serve, but I did not wait more than 30 minutes for the installation, subsequent lug nut tightening or for the replacement. When a tire was shredded by a pothole, Sam's replaced it for free (part of the already reasonable purchase price). Both at the time of installation and at the time of replacement, they reminded me that the lug nuts have to be tightened after 50 miles, a service which they provide at no additional charge. I like that I can shop while this work is being done.
