Remodeling Solutions

Description of Work: We contacted Mike to remodel a bathroom. We had a plan that we wanted to use. At the first meeting, Mike said he could do whatever we wanted. We gave him our plan and he said he would put it in his computer and get it drawn up. He came back after 2-3 weeks with a different plan. We told him we wanted to use our plan and he said OK he would get it drawn up. He came back again with a different plan. He kept arguing about how we wanted to do the project. He would tell us that he would do it however, we wanted, but he really didn't want to. He also kept telling us that he would have to check with his dad who is a realtor, so see how he would do this project. Every time he had to change the plan it would take weeks and weeks. Finally, I told him that we wanted to use our plan and nothing else and that we needed to get a price and get this project started and not waste anymore time. He agreed and said he would get back to me shortly with a price. We never heard from him again. We wasted two months, being jerked around by Mike. It was VERY unprofessional not to call back and say he couldn't do the job. He just never called back or sent a letter or anything. After wasting so much of our time, he just bailed, without so much as a phone call or email. He also is a rather whiny baby. He also argued about everything. On one hand he says "I can do whatever you want" But when you tell him what you want, he says no, and argues about why you would want to do it that way. He also had no imagination. I would not use Mike Huber, or recommend him for anything. He clearly does not know how to run a business.

Description of Work: Replaced full tub/shower and flooring.

Description of Work: Mike did a total renovation of a kitchen, dining room area- walls were removed and/or adjusted. The job required ceiling modifications, new flooring, railings, etc. Mike is very easy to work with and very exact. Have used him for this kitchen project as well as for a Master Bath project I did last year. Would definitely use again and recommend.
