Randy answered my request right away and came by the following day to give me a bid. He was familiar with the neighborhood and seemed like a good guy, very knowledgeable. We did not hire Randy because his bid came in $300 above the highest of the other three services we contacted. We ended up hiring one of Randy's competitors and having the front exterior + storm door, plus an exterior walk-through garage door installed for $530.

Randy did a great job! He returned our phone calls, showed up when he said he would, did the work well and in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself, and his rates were reasonable. We'll definitely use him again!

Randy did work on a rental unit for me, and he was very polite and courteous to my renter, working with her schedule to get things done. Randy kept me involved in the process, even though I was 4 hours away at the time. He was upfront with costs, efficient with time and very professional.

They were okay. They did not do exactly what I thought they would do for the amount of money I had paid. They did their work quickly which was good but they wanted me to go their house to see one of the windows. I informed that that I like their windows and those were the ones that I'd like to put as well. Their windows were made out of metal but they made mine out of wood so they are a lot bulkier and just not what I wanted.

Randy fixed a wooden fence gate, replacing the latch mechanism and several boards. This was a major job, with a bulky and heavy gate to contend with. It had gotten out of alignment, and had to be squared and rehung, with a new latch. It required quite a lot of work, but he did it very promptly and did very nice work. He was very prompt, courteous and helpful. I would definitely use Randy's services again and recommend his handyman services.

Randy was professional and responsive from the first call. He scheduled his first estimate in a reasonable time, showed up every time as promised, gave good, practical and solid advice, and did the job quickly and very well. We have an older home and of course there were unexpected challenges uncovered, but he accommodated all issues. He also brought his own tools, had all incidentals needed each day and creatively made each request work in an old house. He is very friendly and tidy. I highly recommend him. After many years of trying to find a reliable and well-versed handyman, he truly knows what he is doing, is trustworthg, prepared and reliable. I could not be happier with the result and his approach!!!

I would probably use him again.
