In the fall of 2021, this company did a "fall clean-up" at our lake home and charged us $289.00 which was a reasonable price and comparable to other lawncare companies. One complaint was that they hit our bird feeder which was mounted on a 2x4, broke the 2x4 off and let it lay in our yard. The company never contacted us about the damage, they simply ignored it. In May, they came out to our lake home and did a "spring clean-up". We were not notified that they were coming to our home, they simply showed up on a Saturday when we weren't home and our property was being watched by our neighbor. They made an absolute mess of our lava flower gardens, blowing lava onto our patio, blowing leaves onto my annual flowers that were sitting on a patio table ready for planting. When we arrived home and drove into our driveway, from the noise it was apparent that they had blown lava rocks onto the drive way and simply left them there. I received a bill for $880.00 for the "spring clean-up" which was the same work they did in the fall and charged me $289.00. They also ran one of their machines into one of our 6ft. garden lamps that now has to be recemented into the ground. The day before I received this bill, they came to do weeding and dress up the lava gardens (the same ones they blew the lava rock out of in May). I was charged $170.00 for them to empty 5 bags of lava rock - lava rock that I had purchased and ready to be used in the gardens. I have never received an estimate or had a contract with this company. It appears that if you inquire about their services and what you would like to have done, they simply show up and then charge you outrageous prices and demolish your property! I have turned this over to my attorney as this company is totally scamming people who live at the lake. They started a job for one of my neighbors and their machine broke down. That was 2 months ago and they haven't been back to finish the job! Horrible company, a total scam!

They've been our go-to snow removal company for several winters now. They do a top notch job.

Very Bad ; the flagpole and surrounding area was fine but the areas where they seeded had more weeds than grass and took longer to grow than the spot seeding i did myself; there were more weeds in the replacement rocks coming throu the weed barrier. The fencing they put up is good but there was at least a 12 inche section from the last post to the house which allowed for the animals to sneak out; I called and emailed them and told them i was disapppinted and told what was going on but it didnt seem like they cared -- i started pulling the weeds myself and relpanting seed in areas that they SHOULD have seeded i defiantly will NOT be requesting their service again and will direct friends and referrals to OTHER landscaping companies

Horrible. The aeration was minimal. Very few plugs and what plugs I saw were very small. The power raking didn't do anything (I think they dethatched). I went out to the biggest trouble areas in my lawn afterwards and I could rake up tons of dead grass with just my fingers going through the grass. When I called to complain, they wouldn't come re-do and just stated that "next time when you call us for service..." No. I won't be calling back for service. I didn't even get to the complaint about aeration because I was so frustrated with how the power raking conversation went, I didn't even bother. My neighbor had someone else do their aeration a day before mine - you could see large plugs everywhere standing 30 feet away. I could barely see any in my yard from 5 feet away.

It went fine. They come once a week and do the same job. I should probably find a company that would do a more thorough job of cleaning up the yard.

ILL NEVER ASK OF THEM FOR SERVICES EVER AGAIN, AND I TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM...PERIOD!!
